BizMrt.com connects business buyers and sellers directly. We're just the platform - we don't buy, sell, or broker businesses ourselves.

By using our site, you agree to follow these rules. If you don't like them, please don't use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.

Your Responsibilities

Do This

  • Be honest in your listings and communications
  • Only list businesses you actually own or have proper authorization to represent
  • Keep your account secure and password confidential
  • Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account
  • Do your own research before buying anything
  • Respond to buyer inquiries within 72 hours

Don't Do This

  • Post fake or misleading information
  • Spam or harass other users
  • Try to hack or break our site
  • Use our platform for anything illegal
  • Scrape, copy, or data mine our site content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Delete and re-submit listings to manipulate position or status

Content Ownership & License

Your Content: You own all content you submit (business listings, descriptions, photos, financial information). By posting on BizMrt.com, you grant Idillo Inc. and its affiliated websites a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Display your listing on BizMrt.com and any other websites we own or operate
  • Share your listing with potential buyers via email, text message, or other communication methods
  • Promote your listing on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Use your listing in marketing materials to promote our platform
  • Modify the format or size of images for display purposes

Transfer of Rights: This license automatically transfers to any new owner if we sell or transfer BizMrt.com or Idillo Inc.

Our Content: We own the website design, features, software, and any content we create. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without permission.

Listing Status: Listings remain on our site as a historical record of the marketplace. If your subscription expires, your listing will be marked "Off Market" and the contact form will be disabled. When your business sells, notify us and we'll mark it "SOLD". We do not delete listings except when legally required or if the listing violates our terms.

Your Guarantee: By posting content, you confirm that you own it or have the legal right to use it, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from content you post.

Copyright Violations: If someone claims you posted their copyrighted content without permission, we may remove it immediately. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

Broker-Specific Rules

Licensing: Any person who identifies themselves as a broker or agent represents and warrants that they are validly licensed and in compliance with applicable requirements in all jurisdictions where they operate. We do not verify broker licenses - it's your responsibility to confirm licensed status. We do not broker or sell businesses directly and are not a party to any transaction between buyer and seller.

Listing Authority: Brokers may only list businesses under a duly executed, active, exclusive listing agreement with the business owner. You may not list a business if you are an employee, owner, or hold a financial stake in that business (unless posting as the owner, not as a broker).

One Listing Per Business: Only one listing is permitted for each business opportunity. You may not delete and re-submit the same listing to manipulate listing status or position.

Response Requirements: All buyer inquiries must be responded to within 72 hours. Prospective buyers must be provided, free of cost, the information reasonably necessary to make a fully-informed purchase decision. All responses must be professional and respectful.

Established Business Definition: You may not advertise a business as "established" unless it has been continuously operating for minimum one year (two years for Internet-based businesses), has an established customer base and revenue history, and can provide financial history information to qualified buyers.

Prohibited Listings

We prohibit listings for the following business types:

  • Cannabis, marijuana, hemp, CBD, THC, Delta-8, or any cannabis-related products or dispensaries
  • Vape shops, vaping products, e-cigarettes, or vaporizer retailers
  • Illegal or controlled substances, prescription drugs, or any drug manufacturing or distribution operations
  • Psychiatry practices or psychiatric services
  • Mental health clinics or therapy practices
  • Med spa / med-spa / medspa businesses
  • Adult or sexually explicit businesses (adult entertainment, pornography, sex shops, escort services, strip clubs, etc.)

Listings in prohibited categories are not accepted and will not be published. If a purchase is made for a prohibited listing, the listing will be rejected and the payment will be refunded or credited.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

Listings that violate these restrictions will be immediately removed.

Prepaid Packages (6-Month & 12-Month)

All listing subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

By purchasing a listing subscription (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), you agree to the following terms:

  • All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of whether the listing is canceled, removed, or deactivated prior to the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds or pro-rated adjustments will be issued for any reason
  • Your listing activates immediately upon payment processing
  • Volume discounts for multiple listings reflect your commitment to the purchased quantity
  • You are responsible for payment of the current billing period regardless of when or if you choose to remove your listing
  • You may not transfer your listing subscription to another business or party

Recurring Billing

All listing subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) are recurring and operate under the following terms:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, your listing remains active until the end of your current paid billing period
  • The current month's fee is non-refundable once charged
  • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months
  • Your subscription will not renew after the current billing period ends
  • Monthly billing may be discontinued or repriced at any time with 30 days notice

General Payment Terms

  • Service begins immediately upon payment
  • All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to successful payment processing
  • Failed payments may result in immediate listing removal
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our terms of service without refund
  • No refunds will be issued for listings removed due to violation of our policies

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Your listings will remain visible on the site and be marked as sold or off market. If you prefer to have your listings completely removed, simply let us know and we'll accommodate your request.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam or harassment, or use our platform for illegal activities.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit against us. Any disputes must be resolved individually.

Liability (The Legal Stuff)

Our platform is provided "as is." We try our best, but we can't guarantee everything will always work perfectly.

You're responsible for your own decisions. If a business deal goes wrong, that's between you and the other party - not us.

Our maximum liability is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other sites. We encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies before using them.

Changes & Updates

We might update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll post the changes here and email you if they're significant.

Continuing to use our site after changes means you accept the new terms.
